Cannabis with an estimated street value of £500,000 has been seized by police.
Officers acting under warrant made the large recovery when they swooped on a building in Back Sneddon Street, Paisley, on Thursday morning.
Two men, aged 20 and 29, have been arrested and charged in connection with the find, Police Scotland said.
They were due to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court.
A full report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.
