Golf:Western off to Hampshire

Following their excellent success in the Jersey final against La Moye, the Western travelled to L’Ancresse to defeat Royal Guernsey 4-3.It is only the second time in their history that the Western have gone further than the CI final and they now host the quarter-final stage of the Hampshire tournament against Bowhunt Manor on a date yet to be arranged.Full report in today’s JEP, on sale at 1.15 pm.
