Burt tops world jetski series

The 16-year-old beat his Italian rival Alberto Monti after grabbing pole positions on both days.Burt now leads this championship with races in Singapore, Abu Dhabi and Dubai to come while he lies second in the Italian Championships.The pair are evenly matched now that Burt’s Limited ski has been upgraded to super stock with the necessary parts having arrived from the USA.The second round of the European Championships in Mirandela, Portugal, is in two weekend’s time.Burt competes in these independently, aboard his familiar yellow super stock ski as Team D&D do not compete in this series.Providing the highest standard of competition, this event promises to be even more exciting than usual as top USA riders Chris McCluggage, Dustin Mitzorous and Nicolas Rius will be joining the European riders to battle out the positions.Burt is currently second overall in the super stock class following the first round held at Euro Disney in May.Burt is sponsored by Team D&D, Jet Tecnica, Full Spectrum Carbs, Slippery UK, ESC, Butlin Family Memorial Trust, Sir James Knott Trust, Bisson Motorcycles, Simon Le Rougetel and Mal Parris-Fossey.
