Another great A-level year for Jersey

Head teachers from Island secondary schools were delighted this morning as scores began to roll in.One said that she was very proud of her students and staff, and another claimed to be delighted with another year of record-breaking results.The overall picture in the UK has been one of results exceeding those of last year.

The pass rate – for grades A to E – increased to 95.4 per cent for this academic year, and exam watchdogs were quick to endorse the results.
