The Hawk aircraft was left stranded at the St Ouen end of the airfield in an area below the runway level.The emergency services were in attendance and commercial flying was suspended.
The Red Arrows were arriving for Thursday’s air display at the time of the incident.Neither of the two crew members was injured in the incident.Full report in tomorrow’s JEP, on sale at 1.15 pm.
