Piers and Natalie Coke-Wallis both deny failing to comply with directions from the Jersey Financial Services Commission not to remove company records or files from their Snow Hill offices.In December last year they were under investigation by the commission, who were worried about their conduct and sought assurances about their practices.
Accountants had already been instructed to wind down the company on 19 December, when the order not to remove files was made.
