Association executive Terry Avery said that tickets for the Battle and the Moonlight Parade were selling well and would be available once again from a kiosk in Liberation Square between Monday 1 August and Wednesday 10 August.
This year there will be 22 exhibits in the parade, including another wildlife entry from 87-year-old Battle stalwart Florence Bechelet.
It will be the 65th time she has entered a float, which will be taken around the arena by her team of helpers.
Members of the Kenyan community, who produced a colourful and lively entry in last year’s Battle, are looking forward to taking part once again.
