Concert For Emily occupied two floors of the Live Lounge in James Street as 15 acts volunteered their time to provide more than ten hours of live music – the biggest gathering of local musicians since the Jersey Asia Relief Concert at the Royal Hotel in January.
The success of the concert will pay for at least two courses of treatment at the Institute for Advanced Neuromotor Rehabilitation in West Sussex for Emily Corbally Langley, who suffered a massive seizure in March 2003 which left her unable to move.
