In three weeks, the situation will be reviewed, says co-director of the Jersey Oyster Company Steve Luce.
Yesterday Mr Luce said he was disappointed with residents’ lack of co-operation after they refused to accept original plans for a processing plant and staff accommodation in Field 571, in Rue du Puit Mahaut, behind the Seymour Inn.
Four hundred people signed a petition two months ago and now residents have formed an association in an effort to fight the proposals.
