Eric Le Roux has replaced Philippe Julhes, who is remaining with Connex as managing director of Transport d’Ile & Vilaine (TIV) in Rennes.
Originally from Brittany, Mr Le Roux was previously based in Brest and Lorient as the managing director of international logistics company Blue Water Shipping.
He said that he was looking forward to the challenge of building on the achievements of the past three years.
