The 15-year-old Beaulieu Convent pupil travelled to Lilleshall last weekend after being invited to trial for the team.
She received confirmation of her selection shortly afterwards.
‘She met the criteria the selectors had set – and she’s in!’ her father Tony said.

She is thrilled to bits – the whole family is – she’s got what she wanted.
I saw grown women crying because they didn’t get into the team.’ He added that it had been a long day for the compound bow shooters, from 8.30 am to 6.30 pm, but for the young O’Sullivan it was clearly well worth the effort – and rewarded with a full international cap.
