The long-term project which aimed to contemporise the hotel while maintaining its unique traditional style included the refurbishment of the hotel’s kitchen, award-winning Garden Restaurant, bedrooms and public areas.

In addition, WiFi has been introduced throughout the hotel, and flat-screen TVs have been installed in all the bedrooms.

The money invested over this period, more than £250,000, is evidence that hotel owner Malcolm Lewis is more confident than ever about the future of the Island’s tourism industry.
