‘Ministers’ work must not be undermined’

The Chief Minister has warned he will stand his ground and fight moves to hold debates on issues where the Council has authority to make decisions.

‘Where the Council of Ministers has a mandate do a job it must be able to get on and do that job,’ said Senator Walker.

He was speaking out after agreeing there should be a States debate on a Council of Ministers’ decision to establish a Citizens’ Panel.
