The organisers of the festival recently visited Poland and signed a deal with TV Polonia, which broadcasts to Polish communities across the globe.
A programme of events has now been confirmed for the week-long celebration of Polish food, music and the arts between 9 and 14 June.
It will include a Biesiada, or day of traditional food, music and dancing, a Chopin recital by Polish pianist Stanislaw Drzewiecki, a Polish pub night, a fashion show featuring young Polish designers and an exhibition of work by locally based Polish artists.
