He and some town Deputies are angry that the Council of Ministers decided last week to locate all three major operations of the Island’s £80 million Solid Waste Strategy – the new incinerator, composting facility and recycling centre – at the reclaimed site without consulting the parish or its elected representatives.
Mr Crowcroft intends to confront the council today.
