More than 100 woman started their day a little earlier than usual and as they listened to the guest speaker from the Sunday Times while enjoying breakfast, they seemed more than happy to have done so.
The event, held at the Pomme d’Or Hotel, was organised by Sarah Taylor, who runs her own holistic therapy business The Spiral Tree.
She said: ‘The day is a celebration of women, their creativity, talents and ability for change.
I feel very strongly about the Jersey Side by Side appeal, which was set up after the tsunami.’
