Tracey Turmel has teamed up with Seymour Hotels to promote ‘Love Your Life’ personal development breaks in the Island, designed to attract visitors in the shoulder months of the year.

The £290-per-person deal, excluding flights and based on two people sharing, includes three nights at the Pomme d’Or Hotel, two 90-minute personal development sessions, plus two telephone follow-up sessions after the visit.

Extras such as spa treatments and personal shoppers can be arranged, with Jersey’s natural beauty, relaxed ambience, restaurants and retail therapy opportunities an incentive.

Mrs Turmel – who until a few years ago taught English full-time at Grainville School – now runs her own consultancy, Channel Islands Executive Coaching.

She has qualified as a coach and neuro-linguistic programming practitioner and works with organisations, as well as individuals.
