Daniel Moon arrived back in the Island on Friday evening and is being cared for by his parents at home in St Lawrence.
The 15-year-old was treated at the neurological unit at Brest hospital following the accident on Monday 1 May during a Brittany League race.
His mother Liz said today that doctors said they were confident he would make a full recovery.
