The St Aubin’s firm, under managing director Richard Hall, has clients worldwide – including the prestigious Orient Express hotel chain – and Mr Hall and his team spend most of the year travelling and producing programmes for corporate and broadcast clients.
Mr Hall, who used to work with Channel TV, says the investment was necessary to enable them to continue to compete against the leading London-based TV production firms from their three digital editing suites in the High Street.
They will be using the equipment to film the feature-length Imaginary Summer, which will use a Jersey cast and which they will begin shooting next month.
