A seven-year-old boy fell into the pool at a house in St Mary just before 4 pm, and two hours later a two-year-old girl was found under a swimming pool cover at a home in St Clement.
Islanders are now being warned of the dangers of pools, ponds and paddling pools.
The Ambulance Service said this morning that the little boy had been found clinging to the side of the pool in St Mary after falling in and was taken to hospital for a check-up.
The two-year-old girl was found underneath the pool cover at the home on St Clement coast road just before 6 pm and was also taken to hospital.
