Vandals have been targeting the area for more than a week, and estate managers Serco say they have had enough.
The glass panel door and lights at the underground car park was smashed last night when vandals shot at it, and on Monday night flowerbeds alongside the Steam Clock were ripped out for the second time in ten days, ruining £800 worth of plants.
The flowerbeds in the square opposite Commercial Buildings have been planted twice, but both times the bedding plants have been uprooted at night and thrown around.
