Offenders are being contacted so that they can discuss their waste disposal problems with the parish.
The action is being taken because people from inside and outside the parish are illegally leaving their waste at several Eurobin sites.
Two of the worst spots are at Gas Place and Snow Hill, where the bins are having to be emptied at least three times a day.
