It is expected that the debate will last for three days, with some aspects likely to be hotly contested as a series of amendments have been tabled by scrutiny panels and individual Members.
Introducing the plan, Senator Walker said that it would affect the lives of every single member of the public as it put forward proposals that would impact on the quality of life, future earnings, social care and the environment.
The Chief Minister said: ‘Let no one doubt that this is an ambitious plan.
It is a strong and aspirational vision of the future, a future within Jersey’s grasp which has the unanimous support of all ten ministers.’
