Graeme tackles the ape man

He took advantage of glorious July sunshine to get out and about and meet Durrell’s senior ape keeper, Gordon Hunt, in front of the orang-utan enclosure.

Graeme, who worked at Durrell as a teenager, is spending the week filming in Jersey and looking at different areas of the Island economy, including agriculture at Woodside Farms, Durrell’s success as a tourist attraction, and an early morning fishing trip with the de la Haye brothers.

He will also talk to the new Airport director, Julian Green, about his planned changes for the Airport and the creation of more shopping space.

Graeme’s link to ‘Working Lunch’ comes through presenter Adrian Chiles, who co-presented ‘Match of the Day Two’ with him before the Jerseyman walked out on the programme after being told that he was being dropped from the World Cup commentary team.
