Mr Wild will be joining Royal Bank of Canada in November as head of risk and compliance for the private client services division of the bank’s global private banking operations in the British Isles.
He joined Jersey Finance – the organisation which promotes and represents Jersey’s finance industry – in July 2004 and was appointed to the board in January 2005.
Before that he was a director in the assurance and advisory division of Deloitte Jersey.
During his time at Jersey Finance Mr Wild has played a key role in consultation between the industry, the regulator and the government over a number of regulatory and legislative changes.
