St Ouen rejects idea of homes at Plémont

There was little criticism of the design of the homes planned for the site of the old holiday camp, but much concern about plans to build there at all.

A planning application to build 36 homes on the site is being made today by Plémont Estates Ltd, and project manager Patrick Hemmings was in the audience at yesterday’s parish hall meeting.

Architect Paul Harding gave a presentation to the 170 people present, as did landscape architect Michael Felton and Michel Hughes, who has finished an environmental impact assessment there.
