Tanya Rogers, who chose to educate Bertie at home because of his difficulties, is now asking people to come forward to spend time with him.
Mrs Rogers who is a mother of three said: ‘It is hard trying to do a family of five’s washing and give Bertie my undivided attention.’ Mrs Rogers follows the American Sonrise therapy programme which encourages working with a child on a one-to-one basis.
