The new office in Burrard Street, St Helier, will be headed by recently appointed partner and Jersey Advocate Marcus Stone and will employ around 15 people.
It will initially concentrate on advising on the establishment of investment funds, securitization structures, corporate banking, trusts and other areas of corporate and commercial work.
At a reception held at the Jersey Museum brasserie last night the Bailiff of Jersey, Sir Philip Bailhache, unveiled a a granite block left over from the refurbishment of Guernsey’s Royal Court which will be placed in Ozannes’ new building.
