The four panels will have an ‘away day’ at Haut de la Garenne to assess the effectiveness of the system a year into ministerial government.
The meeting, on Friday 3 November, will be run by the equivalent of the chief scrutiny officer from the Scottish Parliament, Elizabeth Watson.
