In a third assault, a woman was surrounded by five men before being dragged to the floor by her hair.
Once she was on the ground in Grosvenor Street, she was kicked repeatedly in the stomach and thighs.
In all, the police dealt with 13 assaults between Friday night and yesterday, as well as 35 public order offences, 17 complaints about noise and 13 domestic-related incidents.
A spokesman said that 39 people were locked up in the cells.
