Flying start to a motoring trip

The company, which already has a tie-up with Condor, is now ferrying cars between Guernsey and Portsmouth, with the Jersey link to follow before the end of the year.

The cars will then be delivered to Southampton Airport, with their owners flying in to collect their vehicles.

The cars can also be taken to any other UK airport or hotel.

‘We have been looking at the possibilities of working with Huelin-Renouf and have finally found the common ground to make it work,’ said Ship and Fly founder Max Carling.

‘We are quite excited about it.

We will co-ordinate the car around the flights that people have booked, although we can book flights for them on the internet.
