Jason Malcolm Hamon (36), who was jailed for three years and nine months, attacked the girl in her home while high on ecstasy and smacked her if she refused his advances.
The court heard that Hamon, a convicted paedophile, had been freed from jail three years before the assaults began after being jailed for having sex with a teenage girl.
Crown Advocate Conrad Yates said that Hamon abused the girl while she was aged between 11 to 13 in her bed or in the bath.
Moving for a sentence of three and a half years, he said that Hamon told the girl that it was ‘just a game’ and left her too terrified to tell anyone what was happening.
‘He offered her money not to tell her mother and threatened to kill her if she did,’ he said.
