Dandara’s West Park development was given a Gold Star for the best apartment in Britain at the What House awards in London on Friday.
Group head of marketing Christine Holmes said that the awards were considered ‘the Oscars’ of the property industry.
She said: ‘These awards are hotly contested by all the UK’s major developers, and the quality, high specification and unquestionable attention to detail at West Park saw Dandara scoop the top award in front of almost 1,500 representatives from the UK property industry.’ The awards were judged by independent property experts and within the judges’ report was the comment that the apartments were ‘top-class’.
