The award was presented at a ceremony at Grosvenor House, London, in front of 1,500 industry representatives.
The judges said that Infinity, which operates as ihomes, had shown ‘innovation and ambition’, as demonstrated by its King’s Worthy development near Winchester.
They added: ‘It is a rare hybrid as, through its sister company Merlion, the business provides grant-free, quality affordable homes through shared equity, allowing young first-time buyers and key workers onto the housing ladder to drive local and regional economies.
They also praised the company for proving that ‘the highest standards of design, style and construction can be applied to the open market and shared equity properties on the same site.
Good locations, contemporary interiors and stylish, but traditional, fa?ades are the hallmarks of an Infinity scheme.
