The Australian, who played for St Ouen Reserves in the NatWest Weekend League Division II last season, scored an unbeaten 29 runs and took three wickets for six runs in two overs as Phoenix Knights beat Springfield by ten runs.
Victory came in the penultimate over and it was their second win in two games in Division I.
Andy Brown top-scored with an unbeaten 35 for the Knights, who finished their 12 overs on 117 for 4, with Sean Bilson supporting with 22.
Springfield’s reply of 107 all out was accumulated with contributions of 37 and 28 from Michael and Charles Woodrow respectively.
Walkovers A and B teams were both involved in nail-biting finishes in Division II.
Chasing 114 for victory, Walkovers A won off the last ball when Neil Cowling, who finished on 40 not out, struck a four when two runs were required to win against JUBRFC.
Kevin English was in fine form for the winners.
He scored an unbeaten 30 and took a stunning full-length diving catch to his left for his only wicket for 23 runs in three overs.
Andrew Bird scored an unbeaten 46 and Richard Anthony 30 as JUBRFC closed their innings on 113 for 5.
Walkovers B won by one wicket against JJCA I, the latter batting first and making 80 for 3.
Simon Pugsley top-scored for Walkovers B with 30, leaving Bradley Vautier to hit the winning runs with three balls remaining to finish on 20 not out.
Sam de la Haye made 22 runs and took three wickets in JJCA II’s 47-run win against Barclays, the latter being bowled out for 61 chasing 109 for victory.
Matt Hanley (39 not out) and Charlie Johnson (28 not out) were also in form with the bat for the winners, while Andy Hicks top-scored for the losers with 33.
