Andrew Chatterley has been nominated in the Remixed Recording Non-Classical category for his Buick Project remix of ‘Damage’ by Tracey Thorn, formerly of Everything But The Girl.

Now based in Islington, where he has a 3,500 sq ft studio, the 33-year-old from St Helier is fast becoming one of the most sought-after producers in the UK.

He is currently working on tracks for Justin Timberlake, and his client list in the past two years has included Britney Spears, Blondie, Kylie and Muse.

Mr Chatterley set up the Buick Project in 2004 with Radio 1 dance DJ Nic Fanciulli, and they have released tracks for Pete Tong, the Alchemists and Audiofly.

A prolific producer and songwriter, Mr Chatterley has many other projects.

They include a solo venture, Edison, through which he remixed ‘Heart of Glass’ for Blondie, plus songwriting partnerships with Siobhan Fahey (Bananarama) and actor Max Beesley.
