I AM writing to thank everybody involved in helping my family on 29 November when we had a house fire in which both our kittens died.
Firstly, thank you to the fire crews who attended, and to the paramedics who tried to save the kittens. Thanks also to Mark Lewis from Housing, who found us a guest-house to stay in, and to the Housing team who cleaned our home and redecorated it for us.
Thank you to everybody who offered us help in any way. Their kindness is appreciated by my family.
