DOES the photograph (JEP, 29 January) under the heading ‘Flushed with success’, mean that the dreaded Elf ‘n’ Safety have decreed that we must all don yellow jackets in order to go for a pee?
If so, when will they also demand the wearing of wellies for the projectionally challenged among us?
