Karen Huchet, who was sacked from her £70,000-a-year plus post in March after a six-month suspension amid allegations of bullying staff, says that Mr Pollard interfered in the ‘resolution of the termination of her employment’.
She said that she could not yet disclose any further details. Ms Huchet revealed this week that she had made the complaint to States chief executive Bill Ogley after announcing that she an employment tribunal into her case was being postponed.
Mr Pollard said that he was unable to comment on the allegation against him and directed inquiries to Mr Ogley. Mr Ogley said that he could not comment on individual cases. He added that any complaint against a member of staff was dealt with according to the disciplinary processes laid down by the States.
