The theme for the evening was ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ and the girls, aged 15 and 16, were greeted by men on stilts dressed as trees when they arrived at the Radisson hotel on the Waterfront.
Around 150 guests attended the bash, which was organised by the students themselves, and also included a magician and disco as part of the entertainment.
It has been a growing trend for Jersey students to arrive at school proms in weird and wonderful vehicles and the girls of JCG did not disappoint.
Along with the array of limousines, there was a vintage fire engine and onlookers were impressed to see a bright yellow Lamborghini pull up. Meanwhile, a group of students made an entrance when they hopped out the back of an army truck.
All went onto to enjoy a great night in a room specially decorated for the occasion,
