The attack happened between 11 am and 3 pm on Tuesday at Sorel Farm, close to Ronez Quarry and the north coast foot path.
Joy Couilliard, who manages the farm, said that she came out to find a trail of body parts. She described how the dog had ripped off the heads of many of the birds.
She added that the incident followed a savage dog attack on two lambs earlier this year. The sheep were so badly injured that they had to be put down by a vet.
Anyone with information about the attack should call the St John duty Centenier on 866560 or the States police on 612612.
