The event took place on Saturday 25 July on Victoria Pier and attracted more than 4,000 people.
Organised by Jersey Fishermen’s Association chairman Don Thompson and Catherine Vint, the event included a wide range of seafood and other stalls, as well as entertainment by bands from France and the Island.
Mr Thompson said that they were delighted with the public support for the festival, as well as the increase in business reported to have taken place in sales of fish at the pier.
‘I thought the majority of people would stroll around the stalls for an hour or so, but many stayed all day and into the evening to listen to the bands and enjoy the food,’ he said.
The organisers donated £4,000 to each of the three charities being supported at the event – the RNLI, CI Air Search and Variety Sailing Trust.
