William Child-Villiers, the current Lord, has announced that he has taken the family pile off the market so that he can turn it into a top Island attraction. Not only will he continue living there with his family, but he now wants to hold weddings and other events at the Grouville house, including concerts and plays in the grounds.
The plans will involve substantial investment in the property, a statement released yesterday said.
