I WOULD like to congratulate the Constable and fellow helpers for the delightful Christmas decorations in St Aubin. However, has he forgotten that there are other parts to the parish?
What about the poor relations who live at the top of the hill? Are they not deserving of a little Christmas cheer? Les Quennevais and Red Houses look as though Scrooge has taken up residence yet again.
Maybe, just maybe, next year he will take pity on us and put a few sparkling lights around the area to bring us a little bit of Christmas cheer.
