THERE are 235 known active cases of Covid-19 in Jersey, according to the latest government statistics.
This includes fewer than five cases in hospital and fewer than five cases in care homes – although the exact figures have not been specified.
The number of active cases has risen since 25 August, when it stood at 193.
According to the government’s website, there have been 119 laboratory-proven Covid deaths and 17 probable Covid deaths.
