TWO men who admitted urinating on a drunk man in a park in full view of children have been told they are likely to be jailed.
Jake Langlois (34) and 32-year-old Laurie Ian Murphy pleaded guilty to causing a gross outrage of public decency in Parade Gardens on 4 June.
The Magistrate, Bridget Shaw, said the case was only just within the limits of what her court could deal with.
She told the defendants: ‘It is shocking to hear that there were children present.
‘I am thinking about immediate custody and I am thinking about the very top of this court’s jurisdiction.’
They were released on bail until sentencing on 2 November.
