Jason Roy got England off to a rapid start against Australia as Perth’s new Optus Stadium opened its doors to international cricket with the final match of the one-day series.
Roy had a life on 20, nicking Mitchell Starc only for a retrospective no-ball call, but played some mighty strokes as he made 49 in 46 balls.
Roy gone for 49. Goes too early at Tye and lifts him high into the hands of Hazlewood. 71/1 in the 12th.
