Conor McGregor has celebrated five years since signing the UFC deal that changed his life.
The 29-year-old Irish mixed martial artist shared a photo on Instagram of him fighting in the cage to remember the anniversary.
“Today 5 years on, and 100s of millions later, I am still at it.”
McGregor has not fought competitively in the Octagon since his second round KO of Eddie Alvarez in November 2016 to win UFC’s lightweight championship.
‘The Notorious’ lost to Floyd Mayweather in a boxing bout known as ‘The Money Fight’ on August 26 last year.
Mayweather, an undefeated five-division world boxing champion, teased at a potential MMA showdown with McGregor after he stepped inside a martial arts cage last month.
