The Cleveland Cavaliers completed a series sweep as they advanced to the Eastern Conference finals with a 128-93 win over the Toronto Raptors.
LeBron James produced another stellar performance with 29 points and 11 assists, ending Toronto’s post-season chances for the third straight year.

Kevin Love and JR Smith backed up the Cavs’ star man with 23 and 25 points respectively, while All-Star DeMar DeRozan was ejected in the third, leaving the Raptors even more frustrated.

The Cavs will now face either Boston or Philadelphia, who stopped the Celtics advancing with a home win on Monday night.

The 76ers were behind 3-1 going into game five, but rallied to resist elimination, with 19 points from TJ McConnell.
A career high in his first post-season start, McConnell added seven rebounds and five assists to make all the difference in the 103-92 triumph.
