Raheem Sterling was a key member of the England squad which finished fourth at the World Cup and returned to club duty in Manchester City’s win at Arsenal on Sunday.

The 23-year-old was subject to scrutiny at the World Cup over his finishing. His goal drought with England stands at 26 appearances and almost three years. But the former Liverpool forward was a constant threat here, forcing Petr Cech into an early save before netting his 50th Premier League goal after 14 minutes.
